Booked a flight from Ørland to Oslo. After reading the bad reviews on trustpilot i contacted the airline company to confirm my ticket. They said they never received anything from Esky. I confronted Esky with this and they told me the flight was canceled due to COVID, of course was this a lie. The flight was fully booked 5 days prior. After 3 months they refunded me 2/3 of the price of the ticket and said that I agreed to administrative fees. I got stuck on my birthday covering all living excpences and hotel for the extra day and a ticket that was twice the price the next day.
All emails are responded with more lies and they don’t answer direct questions.
This company is just ridiculous!
